RV Rental Nation (hereinafter RVRN) is responsible for supplying services only as hereinafter set forth. RVRN acts solely in the capacity of independent agent for RV partners, affiliates, investors, hospitality facilities, recreation activity, offered for rental hereby. And is not the owner of any RVs or hospitality facilities or recreational activity offered for rental or charter, or service, through the Recreational Vehicle (RV) Travel Technology Marketplace. That includes RVs, Outdoor Hospitality, and Outdoor Recreation industries. As well as camper vans, luxury motor homes, travel trailers, boats, and yacht charters, or private jet charters, offered for rent or service hereby.
Accordingly, its responsibility is limited to using its best efforts through its online recreational vehicle, outdoor marketplace, to find a RV, of the description desired to be rented for rental at the terms described in the service agreement. RVRN shall not be responsible for any mechanical or defects in RVs rented.
RVRN is not responsible for any delays, personal injuries, property damage of any RV rented, air carrier, travel agent, tour operator, partner, affiliate, campground, hotel, RV spa, or any other person or firm, or corporation, directly or incidentally providing services, of activities, in connection with the offered platform. RVRN is not responsible for acts of force majeure; for inconvenience, time loss, road or marine service expenses, emergency lodging, long distance telephone calls or telegrams incidental to any mechanical breakdown or disrepair, from any damage, delay, or expense or to sickness, pilferage, labor dispute, quarantine or government restraints, or actions of nature, or for any fines, forfeitures or penalties arising out of any violations of law.
Your airline will not be responsible for any act, omission or event during the time passengers are not on board their aircraft or in a RV. The passenger ticket in use by your airline when issued shall constitute the sole contract between the airline and passenger under conditions stated on the ticket. RVRN reserves the right to cancel departure if RV is not available for any reason and to decline to accept any person. In such case no liability is accepted other than the return of payments made. Further RVRN reserves the right to substitute another RV should the original RV agreed become unavailable and supply one that may be different from that ordered or the ones pictured. However, every effort will be made in such case to supply a comparable unit. Rates will be adjusted consistent with the type of RV or service supplied. Rates published may be changed from time to time at the discretion of RVRN. Rates are subject to change without notice.
